Francine Serra Zinck's Obituary
Francine Serra Zinck 86, of Lakeview Terrace, Altoona, passed away on May 17, 2016. She was born in Sidi Mouissa, Algiers and moved to Altoona from Ocala in December of 2009. She was Catholic and is survived by her husband of 61 years, Richard. The final resting place will be Florida National Cemetery.
