Fiore Caroccia Jr.
February 3, 1937 – December 24, 2025
Fiore Caroccia Jr., 88, of Mount Dora, Florida, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2025. Born in Staten Island, New York, on February 3, 1937, Fiore was a proud son of Italian heritage and a true New Yorker at heart.
A graduate of New York University, Fiore earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and went on to build a remarkable career as a self-made success story. He worked as a stockbroker and dedicated his life to the financial markets, continuing his work with passion and integrity for decades.
Fiore served his country honorably as a member of the United States Army and was a devoted parishioner of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Over 20 years ago, he made Mount Dora his home, where he became an active and respected member of the community. His legacy will live on through a scholarship he established for Mount Dora High School graduates pursuing degrees in business—a testament to his commitment to education and opportunity.
Fiore is survived by 14 loving nieces and nephews, who will cherish his memory and the wisdom he shared throughout his life.
A memorial mass and viewing will be held on a later date. Please check back in for additional information.
Parking will be available across the street next to Lake Eustis Christian Church, with cones, signage, and possible police assistance for crossing. For those needing additional assistance, parking is available behind the building with a ramp for easy access.
