Where do you start to describe a man that would walk into any place and within seconds anyone within hearing distance would swear that they had known "Buck" for years - and he would convence them he had known them and their family for years. He was fun to watch in action.I never heard an unkind word cross his lips, but heard hundreds of incredible stories of his life.While at the Fire College, I witnessed "Buck" entering into the lives of thousands of students that will forever remember atleast one of his stories.I know I enjoyed and cherished the many moments we sat and talked in his office or mine about the many aspects of the fire service and our personal experiences - I will miss those chats."Buck" you touched so many and for that we are forever thankful that we had the opportunity and pleasure of knowing you over the years.Keep a seat open in your new office at Heavenly Command, we will need to talk when we all meet up again.GOD Bless you and bless your family that I heard so much about, but never got to meet.##imported-begin##Dennis Andrews##imported-end##

I had the pleasure of working with Buck at KSC in training for a few years. He was always cutting jokes and making everyone laugh. I enjoyed listening to his many stories and he was always talking about “Ms. Grace†and how lucky he was to have her in his life. We were ALL very lucky to have him in all of our lives.
