Dwayne Eldon Klinzmann's Obituary
Dwayne Eldon Klinzmann passed away on Monday, May 25 at the age of 76 years. He was born in Kensington, Kansas. Dwayne proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp in the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged with great merit, receiving several awards and commendations, including a purple heart. He served 20 years, retiring with the rank of Staff Sergeant. Dwayne later went to work for the US Postal Service and served many years until his retirement. He lived in Sorrento, Florida until recently when he relocated to New Port Richey, Florida. He is remembered and will be dearly missed by his wife of 39 years, Pam; son, Dwayne Klinzmann, Jr. of Hawaii; son, Matthew Klinzmann (Jessica Mundorf) of Pennsylvania; daughters, Shawna Swaim of California and Tina LoGiudice of New Port Richey; brother, Jack Klinzmann of Texas; as well as 7 grandchildren.
A memorial ceremony will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am at the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel with limited attendance. Dwayne’s final resting place will be at Florida National Cemetery. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared on the tribute wall.
