Dorothy Cantwell Clark Minks, 84, of Ocklawaha, Florida, passed away peacefully at home on April 24, 2026.
Dorothy was born on September 14, 1941. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend whose life was defined by her deep love for family and her giving heart. Dorothy was the kind of woman who would give you the world if you asked, always putting others before herself and making sure the people she loved were cared for.
Dorothy enjoyed life in her own way and found happiness in simple pleasures. She loved playing board games, watching crime shows, fishing, and she also had a fondness for playing poker, always enjoying the thrill and fun of the moment. Most of all, Dorothy treasured time spent with her family, who remained the center of her world.
She was preceded in death by her son, Mark Clark, her first husband, Harold Clark, her second husband Marshall Minks and her sister, Cindy.
Dorothy is survived; her children, Brett Clark (wife Lisa), Lisa Clark Noble (husband David), and Mary Minks (husband Sean); her beloved grandchildren: Forrest Rigdon, Jaxon Rigdon, Brett Clark, Jr., , Dawn Clark, Ryan Clark, Kyle Clark, Ryan Haines, Nina Duerst Tarsi, Laura Duerst McCan, Brock Noble, and Adrian Clark; and her beloved great grandchildren: Shea Tarsi, Wyatt McCan, Ali McCan, Evelyn McCan, Reven Clark, Vincent Clark, and Dakota Rigdon.
Dorothy’s love, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her family will be remembered always. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and a heart that knew no limits.
