Donnie Taylor's Obituary
Donnie Taylor of Umatilla, Florida passed away on Friday, September 6, 2024, at the age of 74. He was born to his parents: Plynie and Lorene (nee Sapp) Taylor in Alma, Georgia on February 9, 1950.
Donnie was an American Patriot serving in the United States Marine Corps and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was a member of the Church of God. Donnie also worked as an electrician for Galaxy Home Solutions. He loved his family, loved college football, especially the Miami Hurricanes and Georgia Bulldogs. His favorite football team was the Miami Dolphins. Donnie loved Jesus, and gardening especially his hibiscus and orchid plants.
Donnie is preceded in death by his parents: Plynie and Lorene Taylor; brothers: Tommy, Johnny, Troy and Jerry Taylor; and a sister, Faye Taylor.
Donnie is survived by his loving wife, Juanita Taylor; children: Denita Taylor and Danny (Katina) Taylor; brothers: Ray Taylor, Terry Taylor and Roy Taylor; sisters: Katherine Cruch and Shirley Ann; grandchildren: Dylan (Sebrina) Taylor, Dakota Taylor, Brooke (Larry) Watson, and Savanna Barton; great grandchildren: Weston Taylor, Owen Taylor, Colton Watson, and Hayden Watson; and his beloved dog Nyla Grace.
