Debra was one of the most generous people I ever knew. We worked together at AOC and I could always count on her for good conversations and a lot of laughs. One of my fondest memories of our time together was when a bunch of us "girls" loaded up and took off for Pawley's Island in March and rented a house before the rates went up. There are pictures of us laying on the beach with the wind blowing our hair in sweatsuits but it was so much fun and we laughed all week. Debra was always up for an adventure and if you were game she took you with her. She will be greatly missed.

I will always be grateful for the many wonderful trips the 4 or sometimes 5 of us took. She always researched each place and had ideas about what to see. I will always remember the fun we shared.
What wonderful excursions we shared with our group of 4 or 5 to visit Ireland, Italy, France, Greece, Spain and Panama. Additionally we made many weekend trips by bus with the Women's Auxilary of the Dayton, KY Fire Department. She loved to sample the local vino! What fun we all had! I will always remember her sense of humor and beautiful smile.
We had so much fun watching the EBN fireworks with Deb last September. So many happy memories. We are heartbroken, Glenna Herald, Wayde Shanks, and Bill Herald.
