Cynthia Carpenter "Cindy" Grady's Obituary
Mrs. Cynthia Carpenter "Cindy" Grady of Eustis, Florida, formerly of Deltona, Florida, passed away on Monday, May 7, 2012 at the age of 52 years. She was born in Leesburg, Florida to Stanley William and Gail Carpenter. She grew up in Eustis, attending Eustis Elementary, Eustis Middle and graduated from Eustis High School. Cindy moved to Deltona, where she lived for over 20 years and relocated back to Eustis 6 years ago. Cindy was a Christian. She previously worked for the Lake County Public Defender's Office as well as the Probation Department in Sanford and in Lake County. She was preceded in death by her father, Stanley William Carpenter. She is remembered and will be dearly missed by her daughter, Amanda (Joseph) Carroll of Deltona; sons, Matthew Grady of Wilmore, Kentucky and Jeffrey Grady of Apopka, Florida; her mother, Gail Kirkland Hampy of Leesburg; brother, Kenneth William (Julie) Carpenter of Eustis; sister, Cathy (Randy) Clark of Umatilla, Florida and three grandchildren, Lacey, Kyler and Blake. A Memorial Ceremony was held on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 1:00 pm at the Church at Whistling Pines in Dona Vista, Florida. Arrangements are entrusted to Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Directors, Eustis, FL. Condolences may be left for the family by signing the guestbook below.
