Bob, Stephen, Margaret: Aunt Christine will be truly missed for her heartwarming smile and graciousness. She welcomed me into her home in Eustis one summer during my early teen years and I will always have fond memories of that summer!##imported-begin##Elizabeth Stephens Mason##imported-end##

Like everyone, I remember Aunt Christine's wonderful laugh. She was so full of energy and fun. My other memory is of one summer when I was at Mammy's and Christine stopped by for a week -- it might have been just a few days -- and spent the entire time at Mammy's treadle sewing machine sewing her fall wardrobe. Talk about work ethic! It's easy to see why she was so successful in all her endeavors. She was a great role model for all of us.##imported-begin##Angela Grant##imported-end##
Christine's remarkable accomplishments, iconic beauty, intellegence and courage to forge new paths and opportunities for women have and will continue to inspire me. She broke through professional barriers, managed the demands of leading a successful business, and raised two remarkable children with elegance and grace, that was so characteristic of her.I will miss her presence but will proudly carry memories of her as my aunt, and hope to articulate what I learned from her life into my own.##imported-begin##Kitty Grant##imported-end##
Bob, Steve, Margaret, CarolI remember her laugh, I can just see her through her head back and let go. The summers in Eustis were always highlighter by her. The trips to the beach, the washing and waxing done by Mararet and I on your car Stephen, the day I cooked myself in Daytona just before your wedding Stephen and Mother and Chris soaking me in vinegar and tea. The many Christmas holidays spent in Abbeville with all of us. All of us waiting on you and Bo to wake up for Santa. My early years are filled with memories of our family - all of us during those times. I miss those years. The most recent memory was at Mother's funeral. Chris and I were talking of Mother and we talked about the "early" wedding of my mother and dad. My story was slightly wrong, and Chris just busted out laughing and told me "the rest of the story."Aunt Christine was a truly intrical part of my early life and memories of her graciousness, love, laughter, and giving will be with me through out my life and will live on for generations to come, as we repeat those stories to others. My love and prayers are with all of you.##imported-begin##Jennifer Elliott##imported-end##
