Catherine S. Long's Obituary
Mrs. Catherine S. Long, of MountDora, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2010 at the age of 76 years. She was born in Graceham, MD, the youngest of 13 children. Catherine was a member of the UnitedLutheranChurch in Thurmont, MD. She and her husband, Allen moved to central Florida from Thurmont in December of 1957. She was a member of the Moose Lodge in Eustis. Catherine was a great cook and loved to work in the garden. She is remembered by her husband of 56 years, Allen; son, Dennis A. (Anna) Long of Minot, MO; brothers, Francis (Betty) Seiss of Thurmont, MD, Sterling (Mary Jean) Seiss of Graceham, MD and Floyd ( Verna) Seiss of Rocky Ridge, MD; as well as two granddaughters, Deanna Long of Lakeland, FL and Amanda Freeland of Conover, NC.
