Carmen Louise Hutsel's Obituary
Carmen Hutsel 90, passed away on September 8, 2017. A private family gathering is planned in celebration of her life on this earth and now in Heaven. She was born in Herman Nebraska, on March 25, 1927, the daughter of Vernie O. Bolles and Virginia F. Gibson Bolles. Carmen grew up in Nebraska, California and then her family settled in Huntsville, Missouri where she attended Junior College. She later studied and the University of Missouri in Columbia where she received a degree in education. Carmen was a teacher and a mother to her family and her students. She married Francis H. Hutsel in Fayette, Missouri on December 15, 1950, they were married for 53 years. They lived most of their married life in Columbia, Missouri. Upon retiring they loved to hitch up the Avion and head to warmer destinations to be with their RV friends. Carmen is survived by twin sons; Ross and Ray Hutsel and daughter; Terri Wright, eight grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Francis, and two brothers; Eugene and Edward Bolles.
