Barbara Louise Kendrick's Obituary
Barbara Louise Kendrick, 88 of Leesburg, FL went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 06, 2021. Barbara was born on Wednesday, June 22, 1932 in Lincoln, IL to the late Clarence Agnew and Edith Spahr.
On Saturday, September 27, 1952 in Peoria, IL Barbara married the love of her life Jack Kendrick.
Barbara was a nurses aide for 25 years at Pekin Memorial Hospital. In December of 1990 she moved from Pekin, IL to Lake County, FL. She was an active member of First United Methodist Church of Eustis. Barbara was an avid bingo player, a member of the Palm Shores Kitchen Band, and she enjoyed Jeopardy and Fox News. But most of all Barbara loved spending time with her family. She is predeceased by her loving husband of 48 years: Jack Kendrick, Sr. She is survived by her Sons: James Kendrick and Jack (Kelly) Kendrick, Jr.; Daughters: Sharon Rees and Patti Jo Dobbins; Grandsons: Casey Dobbins, Landan Kendrick, and Jackson Kendrick; Granddaughter: Carrie Rabb; and Great-Granddaughter: Everly Dobbins.
Barbara was a devoted wife and a loving mother, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by many.
The family will be hosting a private celebration of life service at a later date.
