Ann Alderman Bond's Obituary
Ann Alderman Bond of Leesburg, Florida passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at the age of 81 years. She was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ann has lived between Central Florida and Tennessee for the last 35+ years. Ann worked for Sun Bank for many years before retiring. She enjoyed working in the garden and loved to read.
Ann was preceded in death by her son, Charles E. Bond, Jr. in 1998. She was also preceded by her husband, Charles Edward Bond in 2012 after 54 years of marriage. Ann is remembered and will be dearly missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Mike Grimes of Eustis, Florida; sisters, Carlene Hunter and Glenda (Greg) Tadd, all of Maryville, Tennessee; granddaughter, Jamie (Shane) Hane of Umatilla, Florida; grandson, Matt (Karen) Grimes of Clarksville, Tennessee; 3 great-grandchildren, Kielynn, Layla and Waylon; sister’s-in-law, Gigi Alderman and Helen Alderman, both of Florida; nephews, Greg and Andrew and niece Kristy.
Family and friends are invited to gather for viewing on Saturday, November 9 from 10:00 – 11:00 am with a funeral ceremony starting at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's honor to the Lake County Humane Society, 16435 McKinley Road, Umatilla, FL 32784 www.humanelake.com
