Ada Rust's Obituary
Mrs. Ada Lorene Rust, passed away on Thursday, May 20th, 2010 at the age of 86. She was born in North Carolina and moved to the central Florida area in 1958 from Georgia. Ada was Lutheran by faith and was a member of the Mount Dora Moose Lodge Women’s Auxiliary. She loved doing crafts and taking care of her loving family. Ada was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Webster Rust in 1965; 2 sons, Anthony and Timothy Rust; daughter, Joyce Lasko; sisters, Mary Padgett, Kathleen Bost, Mozzelle Poplin, and Helen Fagert and brothers, Charles Bost, Jessie Kyle Bost and Cecil Vernon Bost. Survivors include her children, Steve Rust of Umatilla, FL, Danny Rust of Summerfield, FL, Patricia Gregory of Leesburg, FL, Juanita Payne of Umatilla, and Judy (Joe) Davenport of Weirsdale, FL; brother, Harold Bost of Peachtree City, GA; sister, Martha Powers of Lincolnton, NC; as well as 22 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. Services were in North Carolina through Lynn-Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove (704-857-2401). Arrangements were entrusted to Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Directors, Eustis, FL, 352-357-4193.
