Billy will be greatly missed! I met billy through a mutual friend “Jolene “!! He later became a patient where I worked . I would be in my office and here my staff laughing and I knew Captain Billy was there. He gave the best hugs ! At the family’s request myself and Dr Theresa Mills have made a donation to the Cat Protection Society. RIP Captain Billy 💙
Billy and I have known each other for 60 years. We met in Fort Lauderdale when we were kids and remained friends all those years. We had great fun and he continued to keep contact enjoying his visits to Canada where he loved to fish on the St. Lawrence River.
Not a Christmas ever went by without a Card from "Captain Billy" for our family.
He will be greatly missed.
